About PropHunting
An independent guide to buying property in Ghaziabad and Delhi-NCR.
PropHunting helps home buyers make safer decisions. We explain how RERA works, what stamp duty costs, what to check in an agreement and what to look at in a neighbourhood, in plain language.
How we work
- Independent. We are not the website of any developer and are not affiliated with any builder.
- Verifiable. We point you to the official source, such as the UP RERA portal, so you can check facts yourself.
- Honest about limits. Where a figure may have changed, we say so.
Who runs it
PropHunting is operated by GigaNode Technologies Private Limited, based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
How we may earn
PropHunting may in future receive referral fees from developers or registered partners when a buyer we introduce completes a purchase. We will state our UP RERA registration here before doing so, and it will never change what you pay or how we describe a project.
